Terms of Service.

The agreement covering your FLC account, the simulated Qualification, funded allocations, risk limits, fees, payouts and termination.

Last updated 7 September 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. They explain what FLC is and is not, what you must do to keep a Qualification or a funded allocation alive, how profit is shared, and the circumstances in which we may end a mandate.

FLC Qualification uses simulated capital. It is not brokerage, custody or investment advice, and simulated performance is never a promise of live results.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “Manager” or “User”) and Ai Viral Sweden AB, a company registered in Sweden with company registration number 559433-0952, operating the FLC platform (“FLC”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing the platform, entering a Qualification, purchasing a retry or activating a funded allocation, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and our House Risk Rules, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use after a change to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

2. Nature of the service — simulated trading, no brokerage

FLC operates an educational and evaluation platform. The Qualification is conducted with simulated capital in a simulated market environment. No client money is held, no securities are bought or sold on your behalf, and no order you place during Qualification reaches a live market or exchange.

  • FLC is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or custodian, and does not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
  • Nothing on the platform is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.
  • Simulated results are hypothetical. They do not represent actual trading, and they carry no guarantee of similar results in live markets.
  • You never deposit trading capital with FLC. Fees you pay relate to platform access, evaluation, activation and administrative review only.

Where a funded allocation is granted, you act as a manager of FLC’s own or affiliated capital under a limited, revocable mandate. You acquire no ownership of that capital, no partnership interest, no equity, and no right to withdraw the allocation itself.

3. Eligibility and account registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where participation is unlawful, or be subject to sanctions or embargoes administered by the EU, the United Nations, the United Kingdom or the United States.
  • You may hold only one account. Multiple, duplicated, shared or nominee accounts are prohibited.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

We may require identity verification, proof of address, source-of-funds information or tax documentation at any time, in particular before any payout. We may suspend access, withhold payouts or close an account where verification is refused, incomplete, or where the information provided appears false or misleading.

4. The Qualification

The Qualification starts with a simulated balance of USD 100,000 and is free of charge for your first attempt. To pass, you must satisfy every one of the following conditions:

  • Reach a profit target of at least +10% of the starting balance.
  • Remain active for a minimum of 20 active trading days.
  • Never allow equity to reach or fall below the trailing loss limit, being 5% below the highest equity value the account has reached.
  • Maintain at least the minimum number of distinct positions required by the platform, so that results reflect a repeatable process rather than a single trade.
  • Comply at all times with the House Risk Rules, including position-size caps, the prohibition on leverage and margin, and the permitted instrument universe.

Reaching the loss limit results in immediate elimination of that attempt. After elimination you may purchase a new Qualification attempt for USD 49, with unlimited retries. Retries are only available following an elimination; you may not purchase additional attempts to run in parallel.

Passing the Qualification does not create an automatic right to capital. It makes you eligible to apply for and activate a funded allocation, subject to our review, these Terms and applicable law.

5. Funded allocations

Qualified managers may activate a funded allocation of USD 10,000, USD 50,000 or USD 100,000 against a one-time activation fee. The fee is consideration for evaluation, onboarding, monitoring and administration of the mandate, and is non-refundable once the allocation has been activated.

  • The allocation remains at all times the property of FLC or its affiliate. You manage it; you do not own it.
  • Funded accounts are subject to a 5% trailing drawdown measured from the highest equity watermark reached by that account.
  • Breaching the trailing drawdown terminates the funded mandate and forfeits any accrued but unpaid profit share for the running period.
  • You must continue to comply with the House Risk Rules, the activity requirements in section 6, and any additional mandate conditions communicated to you in writing.
  • We may adjust allocation sizes, risk parameters, permitted instruments and fee levels prospectively, with notice.

Following a funded elimination you may either purchase a new funded allocation at the prevailing fee, or request a manual risk evaluation as described in section 8.

6. Manager conduct, activity requirement and prohibited practices

A funded mandate is granted on the express basis that you trade in good faith, with a consistent and explainable process, and that you remain genuinely engaged. The following are material breaches of these Terms:

  • Inactivity: leaving a funded account without meaningful trading activity, or without responding to our communications, for a period we consider unreasonable in the circumstances.
  • Reckless or lottery-style risk taking, including all-in trades, deliberate exposure designed to hit the drawdown limit, or strategies whose expected outcome is elimination.
  • Exploiting simulated pricing, latency, stale quotes, data errors, platform defects, arbitrage between simulated and real markets, or any other technical weakness.
  • Copy trading, mirrored or coordinated trading between accounts, group trading, account sharing, selling or renting accounts, or trading on behalf of a third party.
  • Use of prohibited automation, bots, scripts, scrapers or unauthorised API access.
  • Trading on material non-public information, market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing or any conduct that would be abusive if performed in a live market.
  • Providing false information, circumventing eliminations, chargeback abuse, payment fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion.
  • Abusive, threatening or defamatory conduct towards FLC staff, other users or third parties, and any unauthorised public use of FLC branding or claims of regulated status.

We assess conduct as a whole. A pattern of behaviour may constitute a breach even where no single trade does.

7. Suspension, termination and our discretion over funded accounts

You acknowledge and expressly agree that a funded allocation is revocable at will. FLC may, at its sole and absolute discretion, and with or without prior notice, suspend, restrict, reduce, freeze or terminate any funded account, cancel any pending order, close any open position, withdraw or reduce an allocation, or close your account entirely, including where we consider — in our reasonable but sole judgement — that:

  • you have breached, or are likely to breach, these Terms, the House Risk Rules or your mandate;
  • your trading is insufficiently active, inconsistent, or no longer reflects the process on which the mandate was granted;
  • your risk behaviour is unacceptable to us, irrespective of whether a hard limit has been breached;
  • your conduct exposes FLC, its affiliates, counterparties or other users to financial, legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
  • verification, tax, sanctions, anti-money-laundering or other compliance requirements are unmet;
  • we are required to act by law, regulation, a court, a supervisory authority, a payment provider or a data or liquidity provider;
  • we discontinue, restructure or reallocate the funded programme, an allocation size, a market, or the platform in whole or in part; or
  • we otherwise determine that continuing the mandate is not in the legitimate commercial interest of FLC.

Termination of a funded mandate under this section ends all rights to that allocation and to any accrued but unpaid profit share for the running performance period, save for amounts already approved for payout. Where termination follows fraud, manipulation, abuse or another material breach, we may additionally withhold, reverse or claw back payouts already made, retain fees, terminate all of your accounts, and refuse to provide the service to you in the future. No refund of any fee is due on termination for breach.

You may stop using the platform and request closure of your account at any time. Closure does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid or to a payout outside the normal eligibility conditions.

8. Risk evaluation requests

If a funded account is eliminated by the trailing drawdown, you may request a manual risk evaluation against a fee of 1% of the managed amount. We will review the account’s trading history, positions and risk behaviour and decide whether the mandate may continue.

  • Only one risk evaluation request may be pending per funded account at a time.
  • The fee is consideration for the review itself and is retained whether the outcome is approval or rejection.
  • Submitting a request does not reactivate the account. Trading resumes only if and when we approve the request.
  • Where a request is approved, the account is reinstated with a fresh 5% trailing drawdown measured from equity at the time of approval.
  • Approval is discretionary, is not a waiver of any right under section 7, and does not oblige us to approve any future request.

9. Profit split, payouts and set-off

Eligible profit generated on a funded allocation is shared 50/50 between you and FLC. Performance is reviewed in periods of approximately 90 days. Your funded allocation continues to run across periods; the review determines payout only.

  • A payout is only made at the end of a performance period, and only if the account is active and fully rule-compliant at that time.
  • Eligible profit is calculated net of any prior losses, adjustments, corrections of erroneous fills, data errors and platform faults.
  • Payouts require successful identity verification and, where applicable, tax documentation and a payment method in your own name.
  • We may set off against any payout any amount you owe us, any fee due, any negative balance and any loss caused by your breach.
  • You are solely responsible for your own taxes, social charges and reporting obligations. FLC does not withhold on your behalf unless required by law.
  • Payment timing depends on third-party payment providers; we are not liable for their delays.

10. Fees, payments and refunds

Fees are stated on the platform at the point of purchase and are payable in advance. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Qualification retry fees, funded activation fees and risk evaluation fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service has been made available to you, and you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive any statutory withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.
  • You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. Fraudulent payments and abusive chargebacks lead to immediate account closure and forfeiture.
  • Where a chargeback or payment reversal is raised, we may suspend all accounts and withhold all payouts pending resolution.
  • We may change fees prospectively. Changes do not affect a purchase already completed.

11. Intellectual property, data and platform use

The platform, its software, models, market simulation, analytics, scoring, rankings, designs, text and branding are owned by FLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own participation only.

  • You must not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense or create derivative services from the platform or its data.
  • You grant FLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use anonymised and aggregated performance data for operating, analysing, marketing and improving the service, including leaderboards and track records.
  • You may display your own FLC track record truthfully; you may not present it as audited, regulated or live performance where it is simulated.

12. Availability, data and corrections

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free data or the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any price, quote, valuation, metric or ranking.

Where a trade, valuation, balance, metric or payout results from a technical error, corrupt or delayed data, an incorrect fill, a bug or an abuse of the platform, we may correct, reverse, annul or restate it, including retroactively, and adjust equity, statuses and payout entitlements accordingly. We may also perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue any part of the service.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLC, its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, nor for lost profit, lost opportunity, lost expected payout, lost simulated gains, loss of data or loss of goodwill, however arising.

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees you actually paid to FLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold FLC harmless against any claim, loss, cost, fine or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or any third-party claim relating to your use of the platform.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms, the House Risk Rules, allocation sizes, risk parameters, activity requirements, performance periods and fees at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Changes apply from the stated effective date and, for ongoing mandates, prospectively. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing law, disputes and general provisions

  • These Terms are governed by Swedish law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the CISG.
  • Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in force and the invalid provision is replaced by an enforceable provision with equivalent effect.
  • We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a reorganisation, merger or sale of business. You may not assign your rights or your account.
  • No failure or delay by us in exercising a right is a waiver of that right.
  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and House Risk Rules, are the entire agreement between us regarding the platform.
  • Notices to you may be given by email or in-platform message; notices to us must be sent to the contact address published on our contact page.

Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page.
