Elimination and restart
Qualification and funded allocations both end if equity falls 5% below their highest equity watermark. A new $100,000 Qualification attempt costs $49, with unlimited retries. After funded elimination, managers can purchase a new allocation or request a manual risk evaluation for 1% of the managed amount to keep it running.
